What we count
We select level-70 rogues identified in the first 300 ladder entries per bracket in each region (EU and US). All sampled rogue specializations are included. A character counts once per bracket; characters appearing in multiple brackets count in each. These are characters, not unique players, and the bracket totals must not be added to estimate unique rogues.
We check the main-hand Warglaive (item 32837) and off-hand Warglaive (item 32838) together in each character's equipment response. Missing or malformed weapon slots and failed equipment reads are unknown and excluded from percentages. Characters whose class could not be identified are outside the rogue sample.
Equipment reflects the profile returned by Blizzard when fetched, which may lag in-game changes. We cannot see bags, banks or ownership, or establish what was equipped in an arena match. Counts refresh with the weekly data collection and are not a live feed or a measure of win rate.
